耕濤は、明治時代に活躍した日本の浮世絵師・日本画家で、尾形月耕の門人である。主に美人画を得意とする一方、「大洪水之図」に代表される三枚続の報道画や戦争画（錦絵）も多く手がけた。
明治20年代から30年代にかけて活動し、日本青年絵画協会の展覧会にも参加。第3回絵画共進会に出品した「誠偽図」は二等褒状を受賞している。月耕の桶町時代の門人として、当時の世相や歴史を題材とした作品を数多く残した。

Kōtō was a Japanese ukiyo-e artist and painter active during the Meiji period, and a pupil of Ogata Gekkō. He was particularly known for his bijin-ga , while also producing numerous triptych news prints and war prints, including works such as The Great Flood.
Active mainly from the 1880s to the 1890s, Kōtō participated in exhibitions organized by the Japan Youth Painting Association. His work Seigi-zu (Truth and Falsehood) received a Second-Class Commendation at the Association’s Third Painting Exhibition. As a disciple during Gekkō’s Bukechō period, Kōtō created many works depicting contemporary events and historical subjects that reflect the social climate of his time.
