坂内 宏観（ばんない こうかん）は、昭和に活躍した版画家、日本画家である。
福島県に生まれ、独学で日本画を学んだ坂内は、昭和17年に渡辺木版美術画舗から新版画の作品を発表した。本シリーズが坂内の代表作と言える。

Bannai was born in Fukushima Prefecture and was self-taught in Japanese painting, and he released a series of Shinhanga from Watanabe publisher in 1942. This series can be said to be his masterpiece.
